The Gamepro Marsh combines the two things people usually have to choose between in a spotlight: a rechargeable battery for use on foot, and a 12 V vehicle connection for unlimited runtime on patrol. Its 65 W LED produces up to 6,500 lumens, and a three-mode switch lets you trade output for runtime.
Practical use
On high the Marsh runs for about an hour from its 2,600 mAh battery, on medium about 1.5 hours and on low about 2.5 hours. The battery is detachable and interchangeable, so a spare pack extends time on foot, and the 12 V lead lets you run it from the bakkie for the whole night. The 7,000 to 8,000 K light is a crisp cool white that picks out reflective eyes at distance. IP65 sealing handles rain and dust.

Good to know
The supplier quotes a beam distance of up to 1,500 m; treat that as maximum throw rather than a usable spotting range. Spare battery packs are worth considering if you patrol on foot.
